Huang was born in Shanghai in 1965.

 

After receiving his Bachelor of Art from the University of International Relations in 1986,he was selected by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and begun his 11-year career as a diplomat, serving Chinese diplomatic and consular missions in Africa and France. During the period, he received his postgraduate degree in French Language from China Foreign Affairs University in 1998.

 

Huang Xiaojun joined went into business in 1997.

 

Before joining Veolia Water in 1999, Huang served in Feng Guo (Hong Kong) Investment Co., Ltd for tow years as the Deputy General Manger and the Consultant to the President.

 

He is presiding over government relation and external communication affairs as the Vice President of Veolia Water China.

 

Huang Xiaojun is the Vice President of China International Institute of Multinational Corporation, Vice President of China Environment Service Industry Association, Consultant of Association Amiti谷 Euro-Chinoise, the CPAFFC, Standing Director of China Urban Water Supply and Drainage Association, Standing Director of Beijing Non- State-owned Entrepreneur Friendship Association, etc.

 

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Peking University.
