EU buildings energy law will be implemented
European Commission recently submitted a bill for the future European Union of 15 countries identified new housing minimum energy efficiency standards.
Under this bill, the future European Union countries in the construction of new housing or update more than 1,500 square meters of old housing must comply with new energy efficiency standards. Housing Act also requires landlords to housing buyers and lessees to prepare a document containing the energy efficiency of housing, housing and heating system will also be subject to periodic inspection refrigeration systems. The bill will be submitted to the European Commission for 15 member countries and the European Parliament for discussion.
The bill is aimed at reducing carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions. It is expected that this bill will affect the future developers of insulation, ventilation, lighting and heating equipment options. EU Commission estimates, energy efficiency in the use of strict standards of the construction industry in 2010, the EU can save 22% energy.
