MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 16, 2005--Consolidated Energy & Technology Group, Inc. (Nasdaq OTC: CGGE - News) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, TecEnergy Enterprises Limited, has confirmed the delivery of a recycling and gasification machine for Ireland.
This equipment which is under construction is being built on a mobile trailer and will be capable of processing "City Sludge" and "Agricultural Slurry" as well as other oil based contaminants. The equipment can produce liquid fertilizer, clean water for irrigation or totally recycle the waste materials into a clean burning, combustible gas without releasing any pollutants into the environment.
The disposal of waste "City Sludge" and "Agricultural Slurry" is an increasing problem in Ireland as new regulations are being imposed by Europe to restrict the intense spreading of these products onto land. This recycling and gasification equipment enables these waste materials and other types of waste industrial and household oil to be completely recycled to provide environmentally friendly products including a clean burning, combustible gas. The gas produced by the equipment can provide fuel; for a gas driven electricity generator, for vehicles, for heating and cooking or for industrial cutting.
