Minister's message on recycling

The environment minister has urged businesses to make greater use of recycled materials during a visit to a glass company in Midlothian. Ross Finnie launched a consultation paper on targets while at Viridor Glass Recycling. He wants building contracts to include at least 10% of recycled materials by March next year.
