Veolia wins two water deals

Water, waste and environmental services company Veolia Environnement SA (VE) said Thursday its Veolia Water unit had won two contracts worth a total of 340 million euros (US$414.8 million) to provide services to cities in China.
In a statement, Paris-based Veolia said one of the contracts, for the city of Urumqi, runs for 23 years while the second, for the city of Handan, covers a period of 25 years. Source:Shenzhen Daily
