VOLUSIA COUNTY -- Monday's scheduled trash pickups across the county have been delayed until later in the week, officials said.
Deltona residents who were to have yard waste collected Monday will now have it picked up today, city spokeswoman Jeannine Gage said.
Monday's trash collection in Holly Hill, Orange City and Ponce Inlet has been postponed until the next regularly scheduled pickup day. In Orange City, recycling also will be collected on the next scheduled day.
Ormond Beach residents can expect their garbage to be collected Thursday. Recycling will be collected Monday.
Yard waste in Holly Hill and Ormond Beach will be picked up Saturday, as will trash and recycling in unincorporated parts of the county.
