The collection will be held May 5 and 6 in the parking lot behind TGI Friday's restaurant along Park Road.

People can take used electronics equipment such as computers, televisions and videocassette recorders and turn them in to be recycled. A small fee will be charged.

Further details will be released closer to the event, borough officials said.

Wyomissing held its first electronics-recycling collection last year.

West Reading and Spring Township will organize the collection with Wyomissing.
