On July 18, 2013, Mr. Wang Zhongyu, President of CEC and CEDA, led delegation to attend the G20 Labor and Employment Ministers Meeting with Social Partners in Moscow and made the speech titled To Fulfill G20 Promises and to Improve Sustainable Development for Business. He pointed out that since Los Cabos Summit in Mexico, G20 has been becoming an important platform for global economy governance, and has made great contributions in dealing with global financial crisis, building a robust economy and realizing sustainable and balanced development. He also said that, however, the economy recovery worldwide was still under great pressure with existing deep conflicts in the labor market. Therefore how to create jobs, boost the labor market and increase monitoring of the labor market are still the main challenges that the three parties in labor relations were facing, including organizations of enterprises and employers.
Mr. Wang Zhongyu introduced CEC’s work in fulfilling promises and improving sustainable development for business as an organization of employees and enterprises. Its work includes helping companies to create more jobs; encouraging government to reduce tax and to reduce burden for companies; improving entrepreneurs and management team, thus to realize sustainable development for companies; enhancing the service to business and building a harmonious labor relation with business.
Mr. Wang Zhongyu called on the three parties in labor relations, including government, labor union and business organization, to cooperate in creating jobs and fulfilling promises.
