Ban Ki-moon, United Nations Secretary-general, issued 2014 Report of United Nations Millennium Development Goals and said, while the deadline of millennium development goal is approaching, many key objectives have been reached or will be reached, but some specific objectives in improving puerpera health care and popularizing primary education and environment sustainable development will not be achieved.
