Mr. Ban Ki-moon: the World is Committed to Building a Low Carbon Future

On June 29 , UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon urged developed countries to provide reliable financing channels to mobilize 10 billion US dollars every year until 2020 for developing countries to control emissions. Mr. Ban Ki-moon stated that a strong signal would be conveyed to governments and markets at Paris Climate Change Conference: the world is committed to building a low carbon future and there is no going back.
