Mr. Jiang Zhaoli, Deputy Director General of the NDRC Climate Change Department, indicated that enterprises are the core of the national economy, and will always play a critical role in sustainable development. He put forward three suggestions on adapting to the new economic trend: first, enterprises should pay more attention to restrictions on carbon emission, energy consumption and ecological protection when developing strategies; second, enterprises should refine their inner managing systems for resource and energy; third, enterprises should push forward in technical and service innovation, and promote advanced low-carbon technology and products.
