New Normal has various impacts: its technology advance brings the market and China countless opportunities; it has boosted the development of Industry 4.0, sustainable development and circular economy; CSR management faces great challenges because of the new generation and their consumption patterns; it allows more Chinese enterprises to go global but the international definition of CSR is different from the Chinese one. Mr. Li Guanghai, taking Didi taxi hailing application as an example, explained that how enterprises should act to shoulder CSR and develop sustainably. He stressed that innovative business models are closer to sustainable development because they can greatly improve the efficiency of energy and resources, and reduce energy consumption and waste.
