Mr. Xia Jun stated that integrated reporting is a comprehensive report on the company’s financing, environment, social responsibility, governance and prospects. Integrated reporting is the most powerful tool in the economic new normal, which can show the sustainable value of the company and interaction among six kinds of “capital” (i.e. financing, manufacturing, intelligence, human resources, relations and natural capital) to the board of directors and stakeholders. DeTao Group will conduct concrete cooperation with CBCSD, under the framework of International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and based on requirements of similar reports around the world, in order to formulate an integrated reporting with Chinese characteristics within the integrated reporting system founded by Professor Robert Eccles.
