CBCSD held the 2020 Board Meeting on April 17 via written communication. Over 60 CBCSD board and member companies incl. Sinopec, DSM, BP China, the State Grid, China Baowu, Veolia, BASF, Schneider Electrics, Shell China, CIMC, DOW, Yanshan Petrochemical, DuPont, China Enterprises Confederation, Sinowind, ChemChina, LafargeHolcim, Envonic, ABB, Mitsuichemicals, Shanghai Petrochemical, Sinopec Lubricant Company, SINOPEC Economics & Development Research Institute, SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company, UPM, Huafon group, Shenyang Blower Works group, SDIC, SABIC, Signify, Yili group, BMW Brilliance, Detow attended the AGM. The meeting reviewed and approved the CBCSD Work Review of 2019 and Work Plan for 2020 and CBCSD 2019 Statement of Expenditure and the Budget Report for 2020. All the board and member companies highly acknowledged CBCSD work achievements in 2019 and proposed valuable recommendations for 2020 work plan.
