State Grid plans to expand smart grid in the second half of 2013

State Grid announced on July 15 that it would expand its smart grid in the rest of 2013. In terms of measures, firstly State Grid will power up the construction of key projects. Secondly, it will continue renovating its power distribution network. Finally, it will further improve the intelligence of network.
