On June 29, China's Sinopec Guangdong Petroleum Branch announced comprehensively completion of the second batch of “State 5” diesel standard upgrading in seven cities in the northern and eastern Guangdong. The announcement meant that more than two thousand gasoline stations of China Sinopec in Guangdong province had all entered “State 5” age, which was more than one year earlier than the government’s plan.
