Sinowind Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd signed commitment document of “Cupid”, the 200MW wind power project in Chubut province with Argentina Planning Department, which meant the start of "Cupid" wind power project. Reports said that the project expected to invest 440 million dollars. It would become China’s largest wind power project in Argentina and Latin America. The project was also an important part in China’s plan to help Argentina achieve sustainable development.
