The fourth session of the International Conference on Chemicals Management (ICCM4) took place in Geneva from September 28th to October 2nd. Over 800 delegates, including ministers, CEOs, heads of internationalgovernmental organizations and NGOs, alsoand the leaders of civil society attended this meeting. Mr. You Xiaoping, Non-Executive Vice Chairman of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF) and Chairman of Huafeng Group, was invited to address the conference, making him the first CEO from Chinese chemical industry to speak in UN.
