Recently, Shenyang Blower Works signed strategic cooperation agreements with Neusoft and Industrial Bank respectively. According to the agreement, Industrial Bank will form professional service team and coordinate specialists to provide comprehensive financial service to Neusoft and Shenyang Blower Works, such as capital financing, asset securitization, cash management and trade financing, in order to meet all their demands, including strategic mergers and acquisitions, reducing financing cost, and liquidizing remnant assets.
