Ban Ki-moon: the Paris Climate Change Agreement must be global and fair

On November 4, Ban Ki-moon, Secretary General of the United Nations, delivered a speech when attending the informal meeting for climate change issues held at United Nations headquarters in New York, which called on each country to reach a compromise regarding some pending key issues with great differences as soon as possible before convening of the 21st Session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Paris, France, to ensure the successful conclusion of a global agreement in response to climate change.
