October 2015, Novozymes reported that organic growth rate of sales of food and beverage industry reached 5% year over year. The baking industry and the healthy food manufacturing industry were the major contributors to this growth. Currently, Novozymes is displaying the solutions for the baking and health food industry on FIE exhibition in Paris, France.
