On March 8th, China Petrochemical Corporation signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Government of Jiangxi Province at the headquarters of Sinopec. Present at the authentication ceremony were Wang Yupu, party secretary and chairman of Sinopec, and Qiang Wei, party committee secretary of Jiangxi Province, chairman of Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee. Mao Weiming, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee and executive vice-governor of Jiangxi, Li Chunguang, president of Sinopec each on behalf of their respective side signed the agreement.
