Baosteel releases new technology innovation plan

For the following 6 years, Baosteel corporation plans to set its investment rate of scientific research at 1.8%, launch 3 initiative products, invent 6 symbolic technologies, file 450 applications for patents, reduce technical cost by 550 million RMB and increase technology revenue by 1.2 billion RMB. The overall technological capacity is expected to reach world-class level during the planned period with its major products and key technologies. The above is the goal set in the new technology innovation plan released by Baosteel corporation for the year from 2016 to 2021.
