Su Wei: Strive to build carbon emission trading market during the 13th Five-year Plan

Mr. Su Wei, Director of Department of Climate Chnage, NDRC, expressed on the 19th that the establishment of carbon trading is the most effective method to realize green low-carbon development, which must be set as a long-term work. The establishment of carbon emission trading market shall be combined with the goal of controlling greenhouse gas emission. What's more, the arragnment of carbon emission quotations is also important. It's expected to establishment the carbon trading market during the 13th Five-year plan.
