Global Sustainable Development Report 2015 by Chinese Academy of Sciences was released in Beijing on August 26. The report has six achievements on meeting challenges faced by China and other countries, among which are four No. 1 s: it is the first comprehensive report on countries’ sustainable situations and prospects; it is the first report to make specific national sustainable development “schedules”; it is the first report to quantify sustainable capacity of 192 countries and areas; it created sustainable “balance sheet” for evaluation and drew radar maps of sustainable “net asset”.
