How to find a new strategic pathway for energy reform to face challenges and solve issues? Mr. Liu Zhenya, Chairman of State Grid, believed that building global energy Internet by UHV, clean energy and smart grid would be the only way forward to global energy sustainable development. Based on his knowledge of global energy development, Mr. Liu proposed that the fundamental solution was “two substitutions” and the only way was to build global energy Internet which had a broad prospect.
