“The industrialization rate of Chinese buildings is only 3-5%, while the average rate for Western developed countries has already reached 65%. The highest is Sweden, which is 80%. The trend of Chinese construction industry is industrialization and green building.” On China Green Building and Sustainable Development Forum held in Shenzhen on September 23, Mr. Zhou Fulin, Member of Chinese Academy of Engineering, pointed out the bottleneck of Chinese building construction. Many experts raised their forwarding-thinking ideas on green building and sustainable development.
