Sinochem purchased Syngenta with a price-markup

According to foreign media reports, China Chemical Group will acquire Syngenta, the world's largest pesticide manufacturers. Purchase price from the previous $42 billion to $44 billion, an increase of about $2 billion. The entire acquisition process will be divided into two stages.
