The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and energy administration has released the Notice of Further Steps to closing down outdated production facilities of coal power industry, Notice of Orderly Coal Power Development and the Notice of Coal Planning Risk Warning Mechanism- Notice of Coal Planning Risk Warning 2019 continuously. It is pointed that coal power industry is overcapacity and the provinces that are electricity redundancy should slow down the building speed of existing projects. Generating Electricity through Refuse Incineration should be clean, efficient and information-oriented.
