On April 7, 2016—The World Bank (WB) today announced World Bank Climate Change Action Plan which aims to accelerate efforts to tackle climate change in the fields of renewable resources, sustainable cities, climate-smart agriculture and green transportation This plan aimed at helping developing countries deliver on their national climate plans submitted for the climate agreement reached at COP21 in Paris in December last year.
