With the process of national carbon trade market in 2017, all the preparations are ongoing. Currently, detailed market mechanism and implementation regulations of unified carbon trade are designed by the department concerned. All the provinces are conducting capacity building including capacity assessment, personnel training and checking the list and history of key emission industries and companies.
