Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei plans to set up a regional trading center, the power to change the scope of expanded national network of core areas. Beijing, Tianjin and electricity market requires Trade Center to carry out long-term spot trading and the program will be reported in September, which means that the national electricity network improvements will be further accelerated.
