National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE), China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC), and All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) jointly issued Suggestions on Creating Better Development Environment and Supporting the Healthy Development of Private Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Enterprises. It makes 12 policies regarding creating fair and open market, modifying stable and universal policies of industry support, enhancing enterprise management level, and improving communication and feedback system.
