China's State Council Information Office (SCIO) releases the "White Paper on Sustainable Development of Transport" at a press conference. Officials representing different bodies including the Transport Ministry, the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the State Post Bureau, the National Railway Administration and the SCIO will detail the white paper and answer questions.
