Xie Zhenhua was Presented at Petersburg Climate Dialogue
In July, the Fifth Petersburg Climate Dialogue was recently held in Berlin. Xie Zhenhua, deputy director of China National Reform and Development Commission, said in the meeting, China carbon intensity has reduced 28.5%, in other words, China reduced 2.5 billion carbon emission while keeps developing economy.
