The Ninth Leaders’ Summit of the Group of Twenty (G20) was held in Brisbane, Australia on the 15th. Chinese President Xi Jinping attended the Summit and made an important speech, Promoting Innovative Development and Realizing Linkage Growth, advocating to be the development partners that promote the economic reform together, implement the overall growth strategy and drive the transformation of world economy from periodic recovery to sustainable growth. Xi Jinping stressed that China would incorporate the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development into the 13th five-year plan, and proposed that all members of G20 establish the national plan for such implementation to summarize them into an overall G20 action plan, thus boosting the robust, sustainable and balanced growth of world economy.
