The 4th session of the 12th National People's Congress was held at the Great Hall of the People. The government work report by Premier Li Keqiang and the plan report and budget report were respectively heard and reviewed, among which green buildings and construction materials were emphasized again. The development of green buildings not only helps control energy consumption and protect environment, and more importantly, promotes the overall urban planning and construction, drives the demand for construction materials, and further stimulates domestic economic growth.
