Chapter Six: Other Matters
Article 19 Sources of funds
1. Membership dues. CBCSD is a non-profit organization funded by membership fee which is to be paid at the beginning of each year. The amount of membership fee should be proposed by the Executive Board and be approved by the General Assembly. CBCSD members take the limited liability as per the membership fee thus paid.
2. Project fees;
3. Donations from Chinese and foreign organizations and individuals;
4. Other legitimate income.
Article 20 Auditing
The Executive Board shall invite internationally-recognized financial institutions to audit and report to the General Assembly.
