Chapter Seven: Appendix
Article 21 If the CBCSD wishes to terminate its operation, it shall be proposed by two-third of the Executive Board members, voted and passed by two-third of the CBCSD members on the General Assembly, and submitted to the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the PRC for cancellation.
Article 22 The final interpretation of this Charter rests with the Executive Board of the CBCSD.
