From 1975 to 1979, Mr. Kwan studied in University of London / Imperial College, obtaining his MSC.(Eng) in Technology & Development, DIC Diploma in Social & Economic Studies and BSC (Hon.) in Chemical Engineering. He is the Board Member of China Business Council for Sustainable Development (CBCSD), Founding Presidium Member of Global Compact Network China, Vice Chairman of China GoldenBee CSR Council, Advisory Board Member of Association of International Chemical Manufacturer (AICM), Vice Chairman of Shanghai Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (SAEFI), Vice Chairman of ‘China Chemical Industry News’ Council and Member of the Board of East China University of Science and Technology.
