Peng Chen
Peng Chen, is the vice president and Chief Financial Officer of WISCO group with doctorate and the titles of senior accountant and researcher. He is in charge of finance, property, financial management and resource development. In recent years, WISCO has consecutively established and improved the financial management system of parent-subsidiary structure by means of the network of financial information and integration, with the objective of “building first class financial management system”, under the guidance of “Credibility Foremost, Objective First”, and on the premise of value maximization for the corporate property. The financial management is, therefore, comprehensively upgraded and corporate economic growth is sustainably promoted. Furthermore, WISCO actively explores “Going Global” strategy to probe worldwide resources, successively signing the share subscription agreement with several overseas mining companies, which ensures the production management and diversity development of WISCO.
