Philippe Leroy
Philippe Leroy is General Manager, Peugeot Citroën (China) Automotive Trade Co., Ltd.
From 2006 to 2009, he was the costing and technical-procurement director at PSA-Peugeot Citroën Automobile Components. Prior to joining PSA-Peugeot Citroën, Mr. Leroy worked as the Head of Corporate Financing and business development division at the Treasury department (French Ministry of Finances, Economics and Industry) from 2001 to 2006. He was also a board member of state-owned credit and financial institutions, a member of risk-capital funds committees, and general secretary of the national committee for Company Financial and Industrial Restructuring during this period. From 1998 to 2001, he was the regional directorate for industry, research and environment for the Regional Prefecture of Franche-comté, manager of the energy and industrial development Division / prefect advisor and official representative for corporate affairs. From 1996-1997, he was a project engineer at Technip Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, prior to that he was the deputy division manager of assembly line at Aérospatiale (Bourges) from 1995-1996. In 1995, he was the participated in the Research Study on the Second harmonic generation in the Multi-Quantum wells at the National Research Council in Ottawa, Canada.
