Wang Zhiqing, male, a CPC member, was born in March, 1962. He graduated from East China Petroleum Institute in 1983, and got his MBA degree from The Open University of Hong Kong in 2000. In 2006, he obtained his doctorate degree in chemical engineering and technology from China University of Petroleum (East China). His EMBA degree was got from China Europe International Business School in 2013. Being a professor level senior engineer, he once served as General Manager of Sinopec Luoyang Company, General Manager of Sinopec Jiujiang Company, and now serves as Chairman and President of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. He was honored as an Excellent General Manager of Jiangxi Province for three times and as a National Model Worker in 2010.
