Lily Young
Lily Young joined Schneider Electric in April 2010, as the director for Strategic Cooperation and Sustainable Development. She took the charge of central government affairs, corporate university program and corporate social responsibility. From Jan. 1st 2013 she was appointed as China Vice President for Government Affairs and Sustainable Development.
She graduated from Dept. of Finance, Northeast University of Finance and Economics in 1994 and is currently pursuing EMBA at CHEUNG Kong GSB. Prior to SE, she worked for the Municipal Government of Beijing, Ministry of Commerce, United Nations Industrial Development Organization, American Chamber of Commerce in China and other MNCs.
In 2003 she conducted and completed studies on The Impact of SARS on the development of Foreign Companies in China, initiated by Natural Science Foundation of China. In 2004, she co-edited the Report of the Development of MNCs in China.
She is currently focusing researches on MNCs development strategies, CSR development in China and cross-cultural management and related areas.
