Zheng Changbo
Zheng Changbo, male, born in 1962. Obtained master degree in engineering from Beijing Petroleum and Chemical Research Institute and MBA from South China University of Technology. He has rich experience in petroleum processing, petrochemical and business management. Once took the posts as the vice chief-engineer and deputy manager of the refinery plant of Guangzhou Petroleum & Chemical Corporation under Sinopec, Director of the Technology Division, Deputy Director of Guangzhou Petroleum & Chemical Corporation etc. Assumed manager of Guangzhou Branch Office of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation （Sinopec） from 2000, deputy director of the Refinery Department of Sinopec from December 2001, Assistant to the General Manager of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) from February 2003.
