Jennifer Ye is a partner in the Risk Assurance Services in the PwC China.
Based in Shanghai, she currently leads PwC’s Sustainability and Climate Change service group for Central China. She has over 17 years of experience with PwC, including 2 years working in in the same practice in our US firm.
Jennifer has provided a broad range of assurance and advisory services to both Chinese domestic and international companies, including Enterprise Risk Management, third party assurance, business and IT process review and improvement, IT due diligence, and ERP pre- and post-implementation reviews. She has in-depth experience in applying proven risk assurance methodology and frameworks to design effective and efficient controls based on companies’ business models and risk profiles, as well as providing advice on current industry good practices to improve their operational efficiency. She focuses on providing services to companies in the retail, consumer products, hospitality, and TMT (Technology, Media, Telecommunication) industries.
Jennifer is a member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). She is invited by Chinese regulators, various senior executive forums, and industry seminars to present on sustainability, risk management and internal controls related topics.
