IGEA’s 4th Global Green Economy Prosperity Forum was held at the National Convention Center in Beijing from August 23-25, 2013. The theme of this year’s forum is “Towards Eco-Civilization – The Green Transformation of the Global Economy and the Road to Business Development”. IGEA arranged a series of exchange and discussion activities and more than 20 sessions, with the plenary expected to draw over 800 participants. The forum focused on strengthening the base of green wealth and creating business models for green economic development. Other key topics included industrial restructuration, green applications technology, energy conservation technology, global green development trends and China, agricultural and urban modernization, and green investment and financing, among others.
