The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee issued detailed reform roadmap
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee was held from 9th to 12th, Nov. in Beijing. The full text of CPC Central Committee's decision on major issues concerning comprehensively deepening reforms was issued on 15th Nov., providing a roadmap for China's further development. Apart from other key reform areas, the decision outlined ecological and environmental improvement roadmap in details which showed that governments of some ecologically fragile and poverty-stricken areas will be free from assessment of their economic performance.
