On March, 21st, co-sponsored by CEC, SASAC and MIIT, the 2013 Enterprise Management Innovation Conference was held in Beijing. Themed with “promote enterprises’ innovation and development in comprehensive reform”, the conference launched the list of 196 “20th achievements of enterprise management and modern innovation” including 27 first prizes and 169 second prizes. Board and members of CBCSD including CNOOC, SGCC, and Sinopec won the prizes.

Mr. Wang Zhongyu, the Chairman of CEC and CEDA attended the conference and delivered a keynote speech. Mr. Wang shared his opinions on strengthening enterprise innovation under the background of in-depth comprehensive reform: taking the reform as an opportunity to further the knowledge of the importance of management innovation; taking the decisive role of market as guideline to improve enterprises’ competitiveness; focusing on technique innovation to fully implement innovation-motivated strategies; concentrating on environment and air pollution control to push ecological progress; targeting at sustainable development and to gradually improve corporate social responsibility.

Mr. Zhu Hongren, chief engineer and party member of MIIT; Mr. Guo Jianxin, deputy secretary of SASAC attended the conference and made important speeches. Other senior officers from NPC, DRC, CAC and CASS attended the conference and made specialized speeches. Mr. Hu Xinxin, executive vice president of Modernization of the National Innovation Enterprise Management Evaluation Committee commented on those achievements and introduced the priorities of the 21th new achievements application.
