National Synthesis Demonstration Meeting for Energy Conservation & Emission Reduction Policy was held in Changsha on January 27. Liu Kun, vice minister of the Ministry of Finance, Xie Zhenhua, deputy director general of NDRC, Chen Zhaoxiong, executive vice governor of the standing committee of Hunan Province; and Hu Youtao, vice governor of Jiangxi Province all delivered speeches. Participants exchanged experiences of synthesize demonstration of energy saving and emission reduction publication, analyzed problems existed and deployed for the work of next stage.
